How do you cite a dictionary source when you use the dictionary more than once?

I have a research peper on abortion and I need to know the definitions of things like perforation and embolism and stuff and I didn't find it in any of the books I used so I need to use the dictionary and I can't find how to cite it when you use it more than once. Help, please!

1. You only need to site it once, it does not matter how many times you used it. You list each source you used only once.
