What steps do I have to take to get my dictionary published?

I've compiled a dictionary of Romani, how do I get it published. I am in the UK so if its different here please tell me about UK only.

Public Comments

1. Look for literary agents in London. Then write and send them a one page proposal stating your idea and creditentials. If they feel it has merit, they will contact you and try to work out a deal with a publishing house.
