It means someone who is against disestablismentarianism... Not a word youd use every day unless you were an Antidisestablishmentarianismist.

16. Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia which is the fear of long words. (in fact it is so long it doesnt show up as a word properly!! it cuts out at "dalio" add phobia to the end of that word.
