How do I switch my custom dictionary to a new computer?

I have an extensive custom dictionary saved in my computer that I use for work. I am switching to a new computer. Is there any way to switch my custom dictionary from my old computer to my new one? Oh, I've tried to save it, but can't figure out how to. I've also tried to copy it to a word document to save it, but there is no way to do that, either.
